Two Step Inn announced its 2024 lineup Wednesday morning. Performers include Cody Johnson, Turnpike Troubadours, Hank Williams, Jr., Ludacris, Martina McBride, Megan Moroney and more. Two Step Inn to return to Georgetown in April 2024 Presale for tickets begins on Friday, Nov. 3 at noon Central Time. Those interested can sign up for presale access online or via email. (WTEN) - Daylight saving time will end Sunday and the clocks will fall back an hour, which means disruptions in the sleep patterns of over 300 million people.Doctor Alan Schaffer, a sleep medicine and critical care specialist with Saint Peter's Sleep Center says sleep is a foundational pillar for our overall health. An hour change can wreak havoc on a person's mental and physical health. Dr. Schaffer says the change can cause stress on our system and cause inflammation that can hurt other aspects of our bodies.As women age they are more likely to develop sleeping disorders, specifically post-menopausal women. Crews in Argyle are trying to make it so the Water Main break only affects an isolated area, rather than having to shut down water to the entire town.MORE NEWS from NEWS 10Water stopped flowing to this Washington County town over the past few days as crews were installing the 6 new valves. ARGYLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Argyle man was arrested following a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Allen Jameson, 19, faces several charges. CHARLES COUNTY – A new and improved 911 service is set to make its way to the St. Charles County area, benefiting cities such as Lake Saint Louis, O’Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, and Wentzville. The existing phone system was originally designed for landlines but adapted for wireless calls. However, it still faces delays when locating wireless callers due to outdated technology. The new system promises the following advantages for callers: It will allow 911 to receive callers' location data directly from their wireless devices. Calls will be directed to the appropriate dispatcher based on the caller's exact physical location, rather than relying on cell tower data or triangulation from multiple towers. JEFFERSON CITY, Mo – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) said that hunters harvested 2,219 turkeys during the Missouri turkey gun season, Oct. 1 to 31. The top harvest counties were Dent with 86 birds, Crawford with 82, and Washington with 72. Hunters harvested 1,844 birds during the 2022 fall firearms turkey season.The MDC is reaching out to the state's turkey hunters, requesting that they preserve and mail feathers from the wild turkeys they hunt during this autumn season. MDC is asking hunters who successfully harvest turkeys to mail the feathers from their turkeys to the department. These feathers will play a vital role in research to monitor trends in state turkey populations. MDC is asking them to keep the 9th and 10th primary wing feathers, along with 3 to 5 breast feathers, from the turkeys they have harvested after completing the harvesting process.
